Who: Sarah May is an independent HR consultant and workplace mediator based in Brighton, helping small businesses handle HR emergencies and prevent the next one.
The problem: This is version two. The first website we built together reflected Sarah’s rebrand at the time. But businesses evolve. Sarah’s direction had shifted, she was working with a marketing specialist who had a clear new vision for the journey, and the existing site no longer told the right story.
The solution: A full rebuild on WordPress to match the new direction. Cleaner structure, sharper messaging, and a website built around how Sarah’s clients actually come to her, in a panic, or trying to avoid one.
The result: A second website that works as hard as the first one did. Just better.
